As a civilization, we’ve been sailing the high seas for thousands of years. It’s been a necessity in more ways than one. We’ve needed to cross bodies of water and also engage in deep sea fishing.
In this episode, Jonesey has a few ideas of ways in which we can improve modern day boating experiences. Boating can be lengthy and dangerous. Perhaps we can speed things up and make boating more efficient and useful for all involved. Heck, while we’re at it, how about we make boating just a little more fun. What better place to engage in some LARPing than on a boat. Incase you forgot, LARP is an acronym that stands for Live Action Role Playing. Role playing as pirate may be a more accessible form of larping which everyone can enjoy.
The Golden Age of Piracy has been romantacized in modern media. There is a lot of interesting narratives that have been told and continue to be told. We share our best recommendation for authentic pirate television drama!
It’s a jam packed episode!
